Who we are
Yunting Home is a local team that re-fits and upgrades living space. The first job was booked in 2014 and we have since completed more than two thousand homes. We don’t sell grand whole-house packages — we solve four things: not enough storage, a tired kitchen, a wasted balcony, and nobody to clean up after the work.
The team is small: four designers, three project managers, and our own construction and cleaning crews. So the person who answers your call is the same one who turns up at your door.
How we work
What goes wrong in home renovation is rarely a matter of taste. It is two things: extra charges and dates that slip. Both are built into our process:
- Every quote states what it covers and the rate for anything beyond it. We go through it with you before signing, and anything that changes gets a variation first.
- A written schedule before work starts, written into the contract, with agreed compensation if we run late.
- Sign-off is item by item against the list. Anything that fails is redone within 48 hours at our cost.
Why our prices are spelled out
Because the question we get most often is “roughly how much?”. The trade habit is to quote a low headline figure and add line items once work has started, which usually lands 30–40% above what the customer expected. We do the opposite: what each tier covers, what it doesn’t, and how overage is billed, all written on the page.
There is a side effect — anyone who finds it expensive leaves before either of us wastes time, and the customers who stay rarely get a surprise at contract stage.
Where we work
We cover the city and the surrounding districts, and the in-home measure is free. The phone is usually answered during opening hours; if we miss you, we call back.
