What people ask before calling

Is the measure and the plan really free?
Yes. Within our service area the visit costs nothing and so does the plan. If you decide not to go ahead, the layout and the space advice are yours to keep.

Will the price change once work starts?
No surprises. What each package includes, and the rate for anything beyond it, are both on the pricing page — and we go through them again before signing. If something genuinely has to change, we issue a variation first and only then start.

How long does the work take, and do you run over?
You get a written schedule before we start and it goes into the contract. Custom storage usually takes 7 to 15 days; cleaning is done in a single day. If we run late, the contract sets out the compensation.

Are the materials low-emission?
All panel board is low-formaldehyde as standard, and batch test reports can be checked on site. We suggest airing the room for a week before moving in, and a final cleanup is included.
